North Coast Church is a Bible-teaching, multi-site church with 10,000+ attendees on eight campuses in North San Diego County. Our mission is to make disciples in a healthy church environment.
We are truly focused on making disciples, not just gathering a crowd. Life Groups are the lifeblood of North Coast, the main mechanism in which discipleship takes place. Not only is North Coast laser-focused on developing people through relationships in small groups, but we are also committed to small environments. North Coast is made up of over 10,000+ people, yet there is no massive auditorium. Instead, at the Vista Campus, the hub of our multi-site church, there are multiple “venue” environments with different worship styles and settings. These environments all share the same live teaching via video. The weekend messages are then used as the jumping-off point within Life Groups to further deepen the learning and application of Scripture with others.

Our staff culture is fast-paced and fun. We also get things done. Just as we value making disciples in a healthy church environment, this extends to our staff and family health—this is of utmost importance to us, and we fight for it. We take care of our people and protect their families as well, valuing staff first as an individual and second as a ministry leader. We would rather see healthy staff and ministries than numbers and high production programming. The majority of North Coast staff have been serving for 10+ years at North Coast.
The North Coast Vista Campus is located on the north side of San Diego County, also known as “North County.” North County is a perfect place to raise a family. It has an ideal mix of city and suburban with the relationships of a small town and the growth of a big city. Vista is a rapidly growing city in Southern California that merges a suburban lifestyle with access to the beach and all of the other amazing things that SoCal has to offer.
